Get paid what the deal says
Royalty statements, sponsor contracts and licenses all turn on definitions. We read the numbers against the contract and write the terms for the work you license out.
Most of this is review and drafting at a stated fee. When a statement does not add up we show you why and what to ask for.

Earning questions
Can you audit a royalty statement?
We can read it against the contract and show where it differs. A formal audit is separate and quoted first.
Do brand deals need a lawyer?
Often a short review is enough. The usage and exclusivity terms are where creators most often find a surprise.
Can I license the same song twice?
Not usually if the first license is exclusive. We check this before you agree to a second.
Check the money before you agree
Send the statement, the sponsor email or the license request. We reply with what it will take to review.
