What we keep, and why

We collect what you give us: your name, email and phone, the kind of help you want and the note you write. We also keep basic technical data about visits, such as the pages viewed and the device type.

How we use it

To reply, to check for conflicts of interest and to prepare a quote. If we work together, to carry out the engagement. We do not sell your details or use them to advertise on other sites.

Who sees it

The firm’s lawyers and staff, and the services that host this site and deliver its email. Those services may only use the data to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Messages from people we do not take on are deleted after a reasonable period. Client files are kept as long as the law and our professional duties require.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies it needs to work and to count visits in aggregate.
